TAIYO Lucky Draw
Terms & Conditions
- This contest is applicable for ALL TAIYO HOME APPLIANCE PRODUCTS.
- Participants must send in their warranty card to take part in the lucky draw contest.
- Each warranty card must be completed in full. Incomplete entries will be automatically disqualified.
- For winning entries, the original receipt will be requested as proof of purchase, to be eligible for prize claims.
- Employees and immediate family members of TAIYO are not eligible to participate in this contest.
- All entries must be sent before/by 28th February 2010.
- Lucky draw will be conducted on 15th March 2010 at 107 Defu Lane 10 Fullion Building Singapore 539224.
- Winners will be notified in writing by post before/by 30th March 2010. Results of the winners will be published in TODAY or LIANHE WANBAO within seven (7) days from the draw date.
- All prizes must be claimed within thirty (30) days from the date of notification. No claim of prizes will be entertained after this date.
- TAIYO reserves the right to replace the prizes with items of equal value without prior notice. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be replaced for any gifts or converted to cash.
- The decision of the judges is final and no appeals will be entertained.
- In case of any dispute, TAIYO has the sole discretion in coming to a decision.
